During your initial evaluation, your therapist will take several measures with the intent of identifying the injured tissue, the mechanism of injury, and your current physical capabilities. This will be the foundation for tailoring each session to your needs. This may involve measuring balance, flexibility, strength, and special tests for diagnosing injury.

Treatment sessions typically consist of your therapist performing hands on therapy (think cupping, massage taping, etc), followed by exercise. You should notice a size able improvement after just one session.

After just a few sessions, you’ll be back to the activities you enjoy. Whether it’s walking, fishing, or caring for your children. The time to start is now.
